Hi, I'm Sally.

With more than 30 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service in the travel industry, including 17 years dedicated service with British Airways — I have always been committed to reliability, attention to detail and going the extra mile.

During the lockdown period, I decided to turn my lifelong passion for animals into a full-time career.

I completed professional training in animal care and earned a City & Guilds merit qualification, ensuring I have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.

For over four years, I have worked in a busy kennel and cattery, gaining hands-on experience with pets of all temperaments and needs.

A significant part of my role involved supporting the rehabilitation of rescue animals in partnership with the RSPCA. I was fortunate to receive specialist training from an experienced and highly regarded animal behaviourist, which gave me expertise in positive reinforcement and reward-based training techniques.

To expand the support I offer, I have recently introduced doggy daycare services. I am also pleased to provide flexible, ad-hoc support to other pet care businesses that need an extra pair of experienced hands.
